本ガイドラインは、当方の作品をお迎えいただいた皆様に、より自由に、安心して楽しんでいただくためのルールです。ご購入・ご使用をもって、本内容に同意いただいたものとみなします。

作品のデザイン、写真、および文章の著作権はすべて当方に帰属します。作品の購入は所有権の移転であり、著作権および意匠権の譲渡ではありません。

日常の着用と改変：
日常的な使用、および個人で楽しむ範囲内でのパーツ交換やリメイクは自由です。

非営利の表現：
SNSへの投稿、非営利目的のイラスト化、個人の趣味範囲でのAI学習は制限いたしません。

商用利用（付随的利用）：
イラスト、配信、動画、衣装としての着用など、作品が「活動の一部」として映り込む商用利用は自由です。

模倣・盗用：
デザインを模倣したアクセサリーの制作・販売、および自作発言。

商用AI利用：
商用AIモデルへの学習、およびAIを用いて本作品と酷似したデザインを生成・販売する行為。

改変後の販売：
改変（リメイク）を施した作品単体を、第三者に販売・譲渡すること。
不適切な転売：
定価を超える価格での転売、および当方が作成した商品画像・説明文を無断転用しての転売行為。

ブランド名の不適切使用：
成人向けコンテンツ（R18）に使用される際は、当方のブランド名、作家名、製品名の表記を一切禁止します。
ブランドイメージの毀損：
公序良俗に反する利用のほか、当方のブランドイメージや作品の世界観を著しく損なう、あるいはブランドの社会的信用を毀損すると判断される態様での利用・発信を禁止します。

改変後の修理：
一度でも改変（分解・加工等）を施された作品については、以後いかなる理由があっても修理・メンテナンスは承りません。

免責：
使用中に生じたアレルギー、怪我、紛失等について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。

These guidelines are established to ensure that everyone can enjoy my work freely and safely. By purchasing or using my artwork, you are agreeing to the following terms.

All designs, photographs, and text are the exclusive property of the artist. The purchase of an item transfers ownership of the physical object, but does not transfer copyright or design rights.

Personal Use & Modification:
You are free to wear the pieces daily and modify them (e.g., changing parts or remaking) for personal enjoyment.

Non-commercial Expression:
Posting on social media, creating non-commercial illustrations, or using images for personal AI training is permitted.

Commercial Use (Incidental):
You may wear the pieces for commercial activities such as streaming, videos, illustration, or as part of an outfit (modeling).

Plagiarism & Imitation:
Creating or selling accessories that imitate my designs, or claiming the design as your own.

Commercial AI Usage:
Using images for commercial AI training datasets, or generating and selling designs that closely resemble my artwork via AI.

Resale of Modified Items:
Selling or transferring modified (remade) items as standalone products to third parties.
Inappropriate Resale:
Reselling at a price higher than the original retail price, and unauthorized use of my product images or descriptions for resale purposes.

Inappropriate Use of Brand Name:
The use of my brand name, artist name, or product names is strictly prohibited in any Adult (R18) or sexually explicit content.
Damage to Brand Image:
Usage that significantly harms the brand's aesthetic, worldview, or social reputation—including, but not limited to, activities contrary to public order and morals—is strictly prohibited.

Modifications:
I do not offer any repairs or maintenance for items that have been modified, disassembled, or altered in any way.

Disclaimer:
I am not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or loss occurring during the use of the artwork.
